3. Jobseeker obligations

Jobseekers must provide truthful profile and application details and may only apply in good faith to relevant opportunities.

• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent qualifications.
• Do not upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content.
• Keep profile information reasonably current if it is used in active applications.

4. Employer obligations

Employers must publish accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory listings and use candidate data only for legitimate recruiting purposes.

• Company details and registration information must be correct and verifiable.
• Candidate information may only be used for reviewing, contacting, and processing relevant applications.
• Listings that are misleading, unlawful, spam-like, or unrelated to real recruiting may be refused, paused, or removed.

5. Platform rules

The platform may moderate content, suspend access, reject verification, or remove material where safety, legal compliance, or product integrity requires it.

• No unlawful content, scams, spam, scraping, credential abuse, or system interference.
• No fake jobs, fake candidates, or misuse of messaging or contact forms.
• No activity that harms the platform, its users, or its reputation.

6. Availability and changes

CanariasJobs aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features, pricing, requirements, and workflows may change over time as the platform develops.

7. Intellectual property

Platform branding, interface content, and original materials provided by CanariasJobs remain protected intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

Users retain rights to the content they upload, while granting the platform the rights necessary to operate and display that content.

8. Liability

CanariasJobs is not responsible for third-party content, user statements, hiring decisions, or external websites linked on the platform.

Liability remains limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination

Users may stop using the platform at any time. Accounts may be limited, suspended, or closed where there is a breach of these terms, a legal requirement, or a security concern.
