General terms

1. Contract subject

These general terms apply to paid add-ons, premium visibility products, sponsored listings, wallet purchases, subscriptions, and other billable services offered through CanariasJobs.

2. Orders and activation

A paid service becomes effective once the order is accepted and payment is confirmed or otherwise activated according to the product flow.

The exact scope, period, and visibility of the purchased service depend on the selected product description at the time of order.

3. Prices and payment

Applicable prices are shown on the platform at the time of purchase. Taxes, currency, billing details, and payment methods are displayed during checkout where relevant.

Invoices and payment confirmations may be provided electronically.

4. Wallets, credits, and packages

If the platform uses credits, coins, or wallets, those balances may only be used for platform services and do not represent banked funds or transferable assets unless expressly stated.

5. Term, renewal, and cancellation

One-off services end automatically when the purchased period or campaign ends. Recurring services continue for the agreed term and may renew if the product description states so.

Cancellation conditions depend on the purchased service and are communicated before confirmation.

6. Refunds and reversals

Refund requests are reviewed in light of the service already delivered, the technical status of activation, and any applicable consumer or commercial rules.

Where credits, campaigns, or listings have already been activated, full refunds may not be available.

7. Suspension or refusal

CanariasJobs may refuse, pause, or cancel paid visibility or premium services where a listing, account, or campaign violates platform rules, legal requirements, or quality standards.

8. Final provisions

If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.

Additional product-specific conditions may apply where they are shown during purchase or service activation.
